Making It Easier For My Son
What can I do now to make it easier on my son when I need care?
Sandy in Washington, 71
To make things easier for your son, make sure all of your legal papers are current, such as a will, a durable power of attorney, a “Do Not Resuscitate” order (DNR), Health Care Proxies, and burial arrangements. Your son also needs to know where all of your legal papers are, as well as any titles to property and insurance policies. The more proactive you are today, the easier time he will have of it when you need him there for you.
