A Good Night's Sleep
My mother-in-law constantly complains that she can't sleep well. Any help?
Hal in Iowa, 51
Sleeping well is a blessing.Your mother-in-law needs to investigate the issues if she is having difficulties here. Is she drinking too many fluids before bedtime, is too much caffeine being consumed during the day, is she eating too much or too late in the evening, is there too much noise in the area or too much light? She might just need a new bed. If there is still a problem after these practical issues have been addressed, consult her primary physician since there may be a medical reason for her lack of sleep.
