Hives and Stress
A few years ago I suddenly began to have hives. I visited several Doctors and an endocrinologist - none of which could answer what was causing this chronic uticaria (which continued daily for 2 years). The best explanation I got was "that's stress". Does stress really play that large of a role?

Stress can play havoc with our lives if it goes unchecked. There are many books available dealing with stress. You need to find a good way to de-stress, a way that works well for you. Some ideas include working less, taking more vacation, making more time for yourself, playing, praying, meditating, and doing something you’ve always wanted to do. It’s also important to eliminate the stressful people in your life.
