Keeping Dad Active
My dad is 68. He'll be 69 in August. What are easy things I can do for him to keep him active and healthy?
Mickey in Illinois, 43
At 69, your father may be able to do some of the things he did earlier in his life, or a modified version of his former activities. As we age it’s important to keep socially, physically, and mentally active. Your father may enjoy learning some new activities. Ask him. He may have some ideas of his own that he wants to explore alone or with you.
