Motivation to Exercise

My mom has had several stokes and a heart attack. She is doing pretty well but I know she should exercise more.  How can I get her motivated to keep strength up?

All of us need exercise, including your mom. Exercise is more fun if it’s done with someone else or a group. There are TV and DVD's that have good exercise programs as well. Just make sure that the exercise is appropriate for her level of activity and physical well being. Your mother needs to consult with her doctor's primary care physician before any exercise program is undertaken.
